The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments- Verify insurance coverage and process payments- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary- Assist with billing and collections- Manage patient flow in the office
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a dental office- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Familiarity with ER and phone systems
