Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule appointments for President of Brokerage.
Greet guests and offer refreshments Answer telephone calls Coordinate documents needed for e-signing.
Create social media posts for company platforms
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish Previous Real Estate office experience not required but must be interested in a career in any Real Estate field.
Strong attention to details Previous experience in office environment not required but preferred Ability to prioritize and stay organized with document deadlines Creativity strongly encouraged Flexible hours Monday-Friday.
Part time position with the opportunity of full time in the future.
We are not a stuffy corporate office and encourage all team members to work with their strengths instead of a one size fits all approach.
You will be trained directly by Realtors with incredible industry experience.
You do not have to be a licensed real estate agent but can be trained for the CA Real Estate Salesperson if interested.
