As a result of our continued expansion, we have an exciting and flexible opportunity for a dynamic office assistant in our Corporate Office in San Fernando, CA.
Our ideal candidate will be familiar with working in an office environment and possess the following skills:
A strong work ethic ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK Excellent customer service and multi-line phone skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Proper business phone etiquette and a pleasant telephone demeanor The candidate must be polished, detail-oriented, self-motivated, dependable, and energetic A great personality and sense of humor Ability to operate standard office equipment, computer, copies, fax, scanner, etc.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multi-task job duties.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus Job Duties include:
-Answer busy phones -Deal with customers and scheduling -Maintain customer invoices and records -Data entry, billing, and Quickbooks entry -Filing This position is Full Time.
Hours are 8 am-5 pm M-F.
Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
