Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system - Stock shelves and merchandise products according to company guidelines - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
Must speak Spanish - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and presentable sales floor - Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Experience in technical sales is a plus, but not required We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
