Knowledge of ISO 13485:
2016 and 21 CFR 820 requirements and audit experience a plus!The position will be based out of Calabasas, California.
Managing/maintaining all Quality System documents for the organization.
Ensuring the quality of submitted documents prior to routing.
Assures all Quality System documents are stored in the designated OneDrive/SharePoint folder.
Assures the required employees are notified of the latest approved document revisions and where the released documents are accessed by employees.
Routing and releasing Change Orders.
Maintain any control logs as required by the project.
Participate in external audits as either the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or document retriever.
Develop, implement, and maintain processes related to document control and document management.
Help company to adhere to the record retention policies, safeguard information, and retrieve data more effectively.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
This is an in-office position based out of Calabasas, CA.
