This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide accurate estimates of repair times and costs.
Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information.
Inspect vehicles for damage and safety issues.
Schedule appointments for customers.
Explain repair procedures to customers.
Order parts and supplies as needed.
