In this role, you can work with a team of talented recruiters to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates.
This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more.
Your Day Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy Produce and update job specifications and descriptions Arrange recruitment materials Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience Follow up with successful candidates and update the company's internal records Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process About You 1 or 2-years' experience as a Recruiter Be able to spin multiple plates and be highly organized, even if it's organized chaos.
Light Industrial experience is a big plus.
Have the ability to effectively and logically navigate computer applications.
You can dig down naturally, asking next-level questions.
Ability to work as a fast pace recruiter Compensation Package $20.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
