Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team.
No experience is necessary as we will train! There are multi-line phones, filing and data entry.
The Assistant should be familiar with a computer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office - Manage and maintain files and records - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Provide customer support and handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity - Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
Should be familiar with a computer.
Everything else we will train! This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
We are also open to doing 4 days a week at 10 1/2 hour days (which includes lunch) for a 3 day weekend if that fits your schedule.
We can also do a regular 40 hours Monday through Friday if that is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
