We are looking for bright, confident, capable Call Center professionals for our Customer Service Center in the San Fernando Valley. We interact with our customers in a variety of venues, such as inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and social media. We are offering full time career opportunities with career growth opportunities.
Our ideal candidates will possess prior Customer Service experience in a busy call center environment as building rapport with our customers is extremely important to our company.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are Self Motivated
Articulate and have excellent phone skills
Have excellent written communication and documentation skills
Have the ability to multi-task and be organized
Are able to be a team player
Have good Computer Skills
Type 30-40 wpm accurately
Bilingual EnglishSpanish a PLUS
Are very comfortable with a high volume of inbound phone calls
Work experience and/or educational requirements:
High School diploma required
Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer service call center in related field
